1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Kanz Collection website (kanzcollection.lk) or placing an order via our WhatsApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
- Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight colour variations may occur due to photography and screen differences
- All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise
- Prices are communicated via WhatsApp upon inquiry and are subject to change without notice
- Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; minor variations may exist
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities, especially for high-demand or limited items
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are processed through WhatsApp — we will confirm your order within 15 minutes during business hours (8AM–10PM)
- An order is only confirmed after you receive explicit confirmation from our team via WhatsApp
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and PayHere online payment
- For bank transfers, you must share your payment receipt via WhatsApp to confirm your order
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe
4. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
- Free delivery applies to orders over LKR 3,500 island-wide in Sri Lanka
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional charge of LKR 350
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers — please double-check your delivery details
- For international orders, customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached
- Beauty, wellness, and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons
- To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 0770 818 330 with your order details and reason
- Delivery charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
6. Product Availability & Stock
- All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer a substitute or refund
- We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time
7. Halal Compliance
All beauty and wellness products sold by Kanz Collection are halal-certified to the best of our knowledge and supplier verification. While we take every precaution to ensure halal compliance, we cannot be liable for misrepresentation by suppliers. Customers are encouraged to check ingredient lists for personal sensitivities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Kanz Collection and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanz Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
