Why don't products show prices?
We keep prices hidden on the website and prefer to share them directly via WhatsApp. This allows us to offer personalized pricing, bundle deals, and special discounts to our valued customers. Simply message us on WhatsApp and we'll instantly share the price for any product!
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days island-wide. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional charge. For Negombo and surrounding areas, same-day or next-day delivery may be possible. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your delivery needs.
Do you deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka?
Yes! We deliver to all parts of Sri Lanka. Delivery is FREE for orders over LKR 3,500. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery fee may apply depending on your location. International delivery is also available — contact us for details.

Are all your products Halal certified?
Absolutely! All beauty and wellness products we carry are fully halal certified. Our clothing and accessories are modestly designed and meet Islamic standards. We take halal compliance very seriously and thoroughly vet every product we stock.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes! Since all orders are processed via WhatsApp, simply message us as soon as possible to make changes or cancel. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can easily modify or cancel it at no charge. Contact us on WhatsApp: 0770 818 330.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process personally.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes size information. For clothing, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart. If you're unsure, simply WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll recommend the best size for you! We always want you to get the perfect fit.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We welcome custom orders and bulk/wholesale purchases. For Eid gifts, corporate gifting, or group orders, contact us on WhatsApp or call us directly. We offer special discounts for bulk orders and can arrange custom packaging with your branding.
Do you restock sold-out items?
